01/12/2024 Our collaborative work with Sophie Polo and Beatrice Rondinelli on histone H3.3-mutant brain tumors is published in Nucleic Acids Research! Chunmin and Takenori did a great job demonstrating that fission yeast is a great model for identifying therapeutic targets for human diseases.
03/13/2024 Yimeng and Xu's paper is published in Genes & Development! This is a fantastic collaboration with Zhiguo Zhang's lab. Using fission yeast heterochromatin assays and the advanced eSPAN technology, we demonstrated the critical role of accurate parental histone segregation in epigenetic inheritance. Specially thanks to Chunmin, Takenori, and Dr. Feng Qiao, for their help and congratulations to everyone involved!
